PULLING INFO
The Springfield Fair has a long tradition of attracting a variety of motor brains and enthusiast! We continue to build on a foundation of safety and excellence and are proud of the facilities we are able to offer!
Truck Pulls are an afternoon favorite at the fair that attracts many pullers from as far away as Massachusetts! Our Grandstand is usually packed for the entire event as folks claim their space. Please know that we take safety very seriously and have our facilities prepared and inspected annually to ensure they are safe for motorist and spectators alike.
Our Sunday evening Demolition Derby would not be possible without the continued support of the Springfield Fire Department and the EMS that volunteer.
Lets all have a great time participating and watching some classic horse power!

Beautify Your Junker for the Demo Derby!
When preparing your car for this year’s derby, you may want to pay special attention
to the paint job. The best paint job at the derby will win fancy ribbons to
commemorate the artwork! You have a chance to win trophies and prize money
if you are successful, mechanically, but you also have a “second chance” to
win something if your car has the most interesting, creative and fun paint job.
Cars will be judged as they enter the first heat to show them off before the mud,
scratches, dings, and dents take over. Please keep all design work appropriate to
a family fair.

Our Mission ......
Established in 2008, the Northern Maine Antique Tractor Club, (NMATC),
is a family-oriented organization focused on the preservation of our rural
heritage and restoration of the “old tractors,” equipment and related items
that were used in the farming industry by past generations. It is also our
mission to build awareness of our Agricultural Heritage for future generations
by showing these old “antique tractors and equipment at work.
